Travito.in provides independent visa intelligence, regulatory data aggregation, documentation checklists, and automated processing tools designed to assist Indian citizens with international travel planning.

We contract with independent, verified third-party visa processing agents and fulfillment partners ("Fulfillment Agents") to facilitate the submission and tracking of visa applications.

Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to utilise our search filters, data structures, and visa wizards strictly for personal, non-commercial travel planning.

Prohibited Actions: You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, replicate, or extract data from Travito.in for commercial use
• Utilise automated bots or scripts to access platform data
• Frame our layouts or embed our pages without authorisation
• Inject malicious code into the platform's systems

No Liability for Rejections: Travito.in, its parent company, founders, employees, and fulfillment agents accept absolute zero liability for any visa application that is delayed, rejected, denied, or modified by an embassy.

User Responsibility: You acknowledge that requirements can shift rapidly. While we strive to maintain real-time accuracy, you are entirely responsible for verifying the absolute veracity of all documents, passports, financial records, and details submitted. We are not liable for any financial losses, non-refundable flights, cancelled hotel bookings, or circumstantial damages resulting from a visa denial or processing delay.

By initiating a service or submitting application details through Travito.in, you agree to the following financial boundaries:

Embassy & Government Fees: All government, embassy, VFS Global, or official biometric processing fees collected through our portal are paid directly to external sovereign entities. These fees are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether your application is rejected, withdrawn, or cancelled.

Travito.in Service and Facilitation Fees:

• Once our fulfillment agents begin reviewing your case, verifying documentation, or formulating your digital file, our operational costs are incurred. Service fees are therefore non-refundable once document verification has commenced.
• If a cancellation request is submitted prior to any document evaluation or agent deployment, a partial refund may be issued at our sole operational discretion, minus a standard administrative processing fee.

To provide functional visa processing services, Travito.in routes your application data directly to verified fulfillment agents. While we meticulously vet our partners for security and operational excellence, you acknowledge that these agents operate as independent entities.

Travito.in is not liable for structural processing backlogs, clerical errors, or delays native to third-party operations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Travito.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We reserve the right to alter, update, or replace these Terms at any given time to reflect platform upgrades or legal modifications. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updates constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
